The Sitting Room
This room has a dramatic Inglenook fire place with a unique double concealed hood to close the chimney outlet off when not required
Ancient Oak beams abound and there is under-stairs storage.
The room leads out to the dinning room and the hallway from where you access upstairs and the kitchen.
The Drawing Room
This fabulous airy and light triple aspect room gives access to the garden by double doors at the far end or a side door. This room was extended in the 70's but retains original working wooden shutters facing out to the front. It has a wood burned fire which also vents heat onto the upstairs. The large window and doors look out onto fields which are protected and cannot developed. In the distance you can see the Wye Crown.
The Dining Room
This along with the bedroom directly above forms the oldest part of the house with an elizabethan jettied end.
Low ceilinged with original oak beams. You can still see where in its original state the access to the upper floor was via a ladder and a hole in the ceiling .

Not quite the newest room this end of the house. was reshaped with the extending of the drawing room.l With built in units it is light and airy dual aspect onto the front and rear gardens
